CEO Rusty Hitt has announced the promotion of Donna Miller to Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Community National Bank & Trust of Texas.

With an operations background and years of experience in community banks, Miller developed her banking career while consulting for an independent auditing firm. She gained over 20 years of experience, conducting hundreds of audits and training bankers across Texas. Prior to joining CNB&T, Miller served as a Compliance Officer and BSA Officer, where she earned her Certified Regulatory Compliance Officer (CRCM) designation through the American Bankers Association. She also holds certifications for Compliance and BSA/AML through The Independent Community Bankers of America. Joining CNB&T in January 2018, Miller has helped grow the bank’s Compliance Department with her robust auditing background and compliance experience. Miller has served on the board of The Salvation Army of Corsicana for the past six years and is currently Vice Chairman. She is also involved in event leadership for Navarro County Relay for Life.

Donna has been a huge asset to our Compliance Department and this promotion is well-deserved,” said Hitt. Community National Bank & Trust of Texas ended 2018 with approximately $750 million in assets and 15 locations located throughout North Texas.
